Random Hero
Hometown: Parker, CO
Genre: Rock
Mission Statement:
Random Hero is a group that stands out in a crowd. Not by their appearance, their tattoos, their heavy energy charged shows, or music they play, but by the lives they lead.

You won't find Random Hero pushing nor preaching God on anyone. Instead you'll find the members openly sharing their love for Jesus Christ through testimony and worship. Having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ is what the band is all about.

What makes Random Hero stand out is the subtle, and not so subtle hints of Jesus love that draw you to not only them personally, but their passionate, emotional, and energy charged music as well.

To be Hope in the darkness...This is the mission and driving force behind Random Hero.

Random Hero had a great 2009...Not only did they play this past summer's Van's Warped Tour, they recently completed an in-store acoustic tour for Buckle and The Gap Clothing Stores. The band is also currently under contract with Armed Forces Entertainment for overseas entertainment with the US Military. In fact, Random Hero recently completed a song for the US Air Force worldwide Guardian Challenge.

Colorado Music Buzz had this to say about the band:

"Sometimes in life, the hardest rockers have the best hearts and strongest work ethics. Take Random Hero, for example. This Denver band formed in 2007, and will tear the audience apart with epic Rock anthems that include “Pull the Trigger,” a concoction of power electric guitar, screaming vocals, and gothic chorus in the background to quench one’s thirst for ground-shaking Rock. But despite that ability, these guys are working harder than most to put out new music, tour, appear on an episode of “MADE” with MTV, play the The Vans Warped Tour and most importantly, love on their fans.

Random Hero is:
Aaron Watkins: vocals.
Josh Bertrand: guitar and orchestrations.
Derek Arosemena: bass.
Josh Tarrant: drums.

Random Hero's episode of MTV's “MADE.” has aired more than 50 times worldwide, more than 35 in the U.S. alone. Alongside their MTV project, Random Hero released a 5 song EP in June 2009 titled, "The EP", and is currently working to finish their full length album titled, "Fighting A Beautiful Fate", which will include 11 songs. Also, the guarantee with Random Hero is quality before quantity as the guys say, ”We think our fans will be very impressed with the final product. We did not want to cut any corners for the sake of getting it out faster.” Indeed, "Fighting a Beautiful Fate" is sure to be worth the wait, as Random Hero seems to put all their heart into their work."

Random Hero has worked and shared the stage with Agape fest, Cornerstone Fest, AMA Motocross, Transworld Motocross and Snowboarding, ESPN X-Games, Van's Warped Tour, Go Fast Extreme Games, MTV, Red, Trapt, The Veer Union, Reliant K, Brian "Head" Welch, Family Force Five, Emery, Wavorly, Skillet, Disciple, David Crowder, Fire Flight, Sounds Under Radio, Drowning Pool, The Exies, Seasons After, Dirty LIttle Rabbits (Feat. Members of Slipknot), Pop Evil, Seventh Void (Feat. Members of Type-O-Negative), Tantric and many more.

Catch them during their extensive summer 2010 tour schedule!

The members of Random Hero play an active weekly part in their church worship bands, and have performed acoustic shows for a number of youth groups from around the United States.
